United States Code = Title 50 – War and National Defense = Chapter 32 – Chemical and Biological Warfare Program = Article 1520. In summary, this law states that the Department of Defense may use chemical and/or biological agents in experiments on civilian populations as long as the local civilian officials in the area are notified 30 days in advance of such test or experiment.

In other words we are unknowing guinea pigs for government testing whether we want to take part or not. We have no choice. And these experiments have been ongoing for years on the unsuspecting civilian and military population. We are naïve pawns in their inhumane experimentation schemes. Over the years the FBI, CIA, and Department of Defense have been conducting experiments on all of us without our knowledge.

For instance, the FBI admitted to releasing flu germs in major urban areas in the ‘50’s and ‘60’s. The CIA has been spraying LSD on citizens in San Francisco to test the drug’s effects.

We are not safe against anyone, especially our own protective government. There have been nuclear experiments on medical patients, school children and entire communities without their knowledge. Why is there an abundance of certain cancers and leukemia in specific areas?

Margaret Sanger the founder of Planned Parenthood in the 1930’s openly supported the Nazi plan for genetic engineering of the German population and the propagation of a "super race". She supported the "infanticide program" promoted by Nazi Germany. In Margaret Sanger’s "The Pivot of Civilization" she promoted "The elimination of ‘human weeds’, for the ‘cessation of charity’ because it prolonged the lives of the unfit, for the segregation of ‘morons, misfits, and the maladjusted’, and for the sterilization of genetically inferior races."

Many such population control programs have been in effect over the years. The devastating effects of the AIDS epidemic is one such plague that is depopulating Asia and Africa. All logical efforts to address the HIV epidemic have continued to be blocked.

In the Tuskegee Study, a scientific research program in which 400 syphilis-infected black men were recruited by the US Health Service in 1932, they were told they would be treated for their infections, but instead medicine was withheld in order to learn how the untreated syphilis progressed through their bodies. This inhumane study continued for forty years. Studies such as these are justified "in the name of science" and getting rid of the "human weeds".

A report written in 1992 by Dr. J. Coleman "Global 2000: A Blueprint For Global Genocide" put together the information commissioned by the Club of Rome and written by Cyrus Vance and accepted as official US policy. Within the report we read:

This report was sponsored by the Committee of 300 and the powerful individuals who control the government. These individuals run the world affairs behind the scenes, and we have absolutely no voice in these decisions. We are merely pawns in their game of wealth, power, and control.

The latest assault upon all of us is — the anthrax drug. It started during the Persian Gulf War when military personnel were exposed to the drug and it infiltrated into their bodies, and they came home and infected their families with the virus.

Garth Nicolson a research scientist at the Institute of Molecular Medicine in California has discovered organisms in the blood of veterans and their families. Half of the veterans and their families have evidence of chronic infections. Garth Nicolson and two other commercial US laboratories believe that the contagions are manufactured and the product of a chemical weapon, possibly potentially lethal ailments that are purposely imposed upon the military personnel.

The scientists have found that the mycoplasma contain retroviral DNA sequences which suggests that they have been modified to make them even more pathogenic and more difficult to detect. Exposure to chemical and biological warfare agents, vaccines such as anthrax and botulinum toxoid, and pyridostigmine bromide (used to build the immune system but instead it overpowers the neurological defense system), oil-well smoke and pesticides have all contributed to these outbreaks. This mycoplasma was transmitted amongst themselves and their families when they returned. Nicolson’s institute believes the problem is spreading. The question to ask is: Was it an outside assault upon our military personnel, or an inside job?

Another curious question to ask ourselves is: Why is it that all the military are being forced to take a series of 6 shots of the anthrax vaccine? Why is it so serious that some are even being court marshaled because they have refused to take the vaccine? Who is going to patrol the cities if everyone is sick from the aerial sprayings of anthrax?

The Department of Defense has ordered 2.4 million active duty and reserve forces to take the six shot vaccine because of the possibility of an anthrax attack (by whom? A foreign power? Or our own government?)

More than one-quarter of the pilots in the California Air Force Reserve squadron are choosing to quit rather than take the Pentagon’s mandatory vaccine. The fears of long-term health effects are the cause behind these airman choosing to quit instead of subjecting themselves to the anthrax shots.

Most of the 150,000 soldiers who served in the Gulf War received the anthrax shots which is now a possible suspect in the Gulf War illness (yet to be acknowledged by the military). This is the latest assault upon our military by our own powers that be.

As we have witnessed numerous sources have declared that there is a need to get rid of the part of the population that is a burden to the country. Why is the aerial spraying concentrated in the inner city areas? Is this the part of the population that is in need of adjustment and eventual permanent removal?

The old, weak, and infirm get ill, and maybe don’t recover. The hospitals and doctors offices around the country have been experiencing an unusual amount of severe flu-type symptoms that don’t go away for several months. People are walking around with sore throats and coughing fits for months. This is not a regular cold and flu season.

Watch the sky. Observe those jet contrails that don’t go away but continue to expand in the sky throughout the day. Those are no ordinary contrails that should evaporate within minutes. Over the last two months I have personally witnessed many such contrails in Orange County, Los Angeles County, and Ventura County.

This weekend I took pictures of the sky over my own neighborhood with several contrails that crisscrossed the entire sky expanding over miles. Similar stories and pictures have been floating around various Internet sites. Notice that these contrails usually appear in the sky over the weekends. And why is that? How many more people are out in the fresh air enjoying their weekends and soaking up the new poison? Observe for yourself what is happening in the sky above you. It’s your planet, or is it?

Some have had this goopy substance analyzed by independent laboratories and it is found to contain a low grade of anthrax. Of course, they don’t want to kill us off immediately, just set the stage for the next attack. How will it take place? Through our water supply next? Or our food? Or a mandatory vaccine against a terrorist threat by an outside (or more likely an inside attacker)?

What can we do about it? Tell others. Watch the sky overhead. Voice our thoughts to the media (not that they would air or print the news, but at least they know we are not the unaware dopes they think we are.)

Take a survey of friends and family. Who hasn’t been sick over the last several months with flu-like symptoms, trouble breathing, and prolonged and intense coughing fits? Many I know have been extremely sick with something that lingers for months. This is not a natural occurrence. Even acquaintances who are nurses have come down with the infliction. They tell me that the hospitals are packed with such cases. And the "the weeds" are dying off from the latest assault of the "weed killer".

Who is going to be next?

As I write this article in early March ’99, the US Marines are conducting a practice assault upon the seaside city of Monterey, CA. A supposedly chemical terrorist has taken over and the Marines are sent in to eliminate the threat. Many such military exercises, known as Urban Warrior, are taking place in various cities around the country. People have been in an uproar over the live ammunition being used in the "practice exercises". Why all of a sudden these training sessions in towns where we live? What are they preparing for? And coincidentally Orange County, my hometown, is planning a Chemical/Biological (Urban) Terrorism Conference a week after this staged event.

What is really going on here? What are they really preparing for? The pieces of the gigantic puzzle are being put into place. What is next?
